Mid-Air Haptics At CES 2018

January 2019 saw Fallen Planet Studios arrive at the CES [Consumer Electronics Show] in Las Vegas. The event, which has drawn attendees from every corner of the globe since 1967, is the world’s gathering place for those who eat, sleep and breathe the business of consumer technologies. This was the second outing of our collaborative project with our partners Ultrahaptics, AFFECTED: The Visit.

Our groundbreaking VR installation once again drew large crowds, intrigued and eager to experience game-changing mid-air haptic sensations in a powerful VR environment. Ultrahaptics also picked up yet another award to add to the collection, their first CES Innovation Award. Our next stop will be the 2019 Game Developers Conference in March at the Moscone Center in San Francisco to present AFFECTED: The Visit to the biggest gaming symposium in the world. See you there!
